Terms of service

HappyInvitee lets you build a wedding website from a template and publish it at a subdomain of happyinvitee.com. You keep ownership of everything you upload; we store and serve it on your behalf.

Accounts are created by signing in with Google. You are responsible for what is published from your account, and for keeping access to the Google account it is tied to.

Your own wedding details, photographs you have the right to use, and text you have written or licensed. Not: anything unlawful, anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, or content designed to mislead or harm.

Background music must be a track you are entitled to use. Uploading commercial music without a licence is not permitted, and the consent step at upload records that you have confirmed this.

A site is free to build and preview. Publishing requires a one-time payment of ₹699, which keeps a site online for one year counted from the day it is first published. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically.

When a term ends the site stops being served. Your content is retained so a renewal restores it at the same address.

We aim to keep published sites reachable at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced where it is likely to be noticeable.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your site to be removed. We may suspend a site that breaches these terms, and will say why when we do.
